This Privacy Policy explains how NPLEX collects, uses, and protects your information when interacting with our non-custodial platform on the IOTA network.
To access protected pools, NPLEX collects Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs) via the IOTA Identity framework. While KYC/KYB is mandatory, all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is kept strictly off-chain by certified third-party providers.
By interacting with the platform, you acknowledge that certain data—such as your wallet address, transaction history, token ownership (LTC1 and Fractional Coins), and DID roles—are recorded permanently and publicly on the IOTA ledger.
We implement state-of-the-art security measures to protect the platform interface. However, users are solely responsible for securing their private keys and wallet seed phrases, which NPLEX has no access to.
