NPLEX's product is on-premise software: in production you run it on your own infrastructure and your NPL portfolio data never reaches NPLEX. This policy therefore concerns mainly this website and the public demo.
In production, NPLEX is installed and runs entirely within your own systems. Your NPL portfolio data stays on your infrastructure and is never transmitted to, stored by, or visible to NPLEX. You remain the data controller; NPLEX is a software provider, not a processor of your portfolio data.
The demo on this website is an evaluation instance. Data you type is sent to our demo validator only to produce a compliance report, is processed in memory and is not stored. Please do not enter real personal or confidential data in the demo.
For the website we collect only the basic account and contact details you provide. We apply data minimisation in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
