These Terms govern your use of the NPLEX platform, its interface, and interaction with the underlying IOTA smart contracts.
NPLEX is a localized user interface interacting directly with Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Move smart contracts. We do not hold, control, or custody any user funds, LTC1 tokens, or fractional properties.
Purchasing fractional ownership via the LTC1 token standard or trading secondary Coin<F> tokens involves significant financial risks, including illiquidity. NPLEX provides technical infrastructure and does not offer financial advice.
Platform access requires a valid ControllerCap or DelegationToken demonstrating KYC completion. NPLEX administrators reserve the right to revoke DID roles at the smart contract level if compliance standards are breached.
